We give an SLA to our introducers to issue terms, 24 hours on receipt of all required information

Instruct Valuer

Instruction of valuation report

Instruct Solicitor

Our solicitor will formally contact the borrower’s solicitor to begin the legal process

Completion

Funds will be released to the client and payment of your broker fee will be made same day

How long is the loan required for?
How does the Borrower propose to repay us?
Can the Borrower service the interest monthly and if so via what means?
